Dear Friends,
I want to begin by saying how much we appreciate you. Your gifts, your prayers, and your encouragement are vital to us as we share the good news about Jesus with a world that desperately needs Him. We truly could not do this ministry without you, so thank you.
And I especially want to thank you for your recent gifts to help provide Audio Bibles to people who have no Bible in their own language. Because of your generosity, we have now helped provide God’s Word to more than 21 million people around the world.
Many of these people have never heard a single verse of Scripture in their own language before receiving an Audio Bible. Some cannot read. Others live in remote villages where there are no churches and no printed Bibles available. But now they are hearing the very words of Jesus for the first time.
And yet millions more are still waiting.
With your continued help, we believe it is possible to make God’s Word available to every person on earth in the next few years. Would you pray with us about that?
Recently on The John Ankerberg Show, many of you watched our important series Why Culture Can’t Redefine God. Together, we explored the growing confusion in our culture about truth, morality, identity, and who God really is. We examined why culture constantly changes, but God’s truth never does.
Now, in our upcoming television series with Dr. Frank Turek, we want to continue that conversation in a powerful new way by looking at four basic questions every university student will eventually be challenged to answer.
THE GOD QUESTION
Do Truth, Science, and History Point to God?
The first question is: Does truth exist? Many professors say there is no truth. But if there is no truth, then even that statement cannot be true. Frank explains why truth matters and why every person lives as though truth really does exist.
Second: Does God exist? Because everything changes if God exists, and everything changes if He does not exist. Questions about meaning, morality, purpose, and destiny all depend on the answer to this question.
Mortimer Adler, the editor of the 15th edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica, said: “What someone believes about God affects everything else that he or she believes, including ‘origins,’ where do we come from; ‘identity,’ who are we; ‘meaning,’ why are we here; ‘morality,’ how should we live; and ‘destiny,’ where are we going?” why are we here; ‘morality,’ how should we live; and ‘destiny,’ where are we going?”
Third: Are miracles possible? Many students today are told miracles cannot happen. But if God exists, then miracles are possible.
And fourth: Is the New Testament’s account of Jesus’ death and resurrection true? If Jesus truly rose from the dead, Christianity is true.
What I appreciate so much about Frank’s approach is that he doesn’t avoid difficult questions. He addresses them directly—with evidence, logic, compassion, and confidence in God’s truth.
This series is especially important for parents and grandparents. Many young people are entering schools and universities where their faith will immediately be challenged. Frank helps believers understand not only what they believe, but why they believe it.
As part of this special series, we would like to send you several important apologetics resources designed to strengthen your faith and equip your family.
